I called him around 8:30am on a stinking hot day because our office aircon was suddenly not behaving itself. Fearing I would soon have some fairly hot and bothered staff members, Daniel made himself available by 2pm that day and got it up and running. Called Daniel who came in 10 minutes between jobs and diagnosed problem.Needed to replace a discontinued part, but sourced alternative.Job completed in an hour and a half with extra filter clean, great expert advice and knowledge as well as being trustworthy, friendly and efficient.

For a while, the problem was blamed on something inside my apartment rather than being recognized as the building's responsibility. As soon as I spoke with Daniel, he quickly identified that the issue was actually on the building's side.

Daniel was incredibly professional. He didn't charge me for the phone consultation. He simply took five minutes out of his day to help me solve the problem. That kind of selfless approach says a lot about his character and professionalism.

Highly recommended.
